What if they stop my packet on customs?
This is not something that happens everyday, so don't worry about it too much, but If your package is taking too long to arrive it has probably been randomly selected for an inspection. This means they will have to open the package, inspect it, seal it back up and send back on its way to you.
Please be patient for a little longer and understand that we are doing our very best to rush your orders for you. Please also understand that if the package is in customs, we cannot call to rush them since the customs office is a government entity and it is there to protect your country. We are not in any way affiliated with any shipping companies, thus please direct all questions concerning your package delivery, change of address, mail forwarding, to your local postal office.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-5 business days to process your orders. The next day of your order being processed, your item(s) will be shipped. After that, it usually takes between 4 days to 3 weeks to deliver (depending on location and what you ordered). Please allow extra time during holiday shopping seasons, shipping times may extend up to 45 days. Feel free to contact us if your order is taking too long. Refund requests are only valid if the order has not arrived after 45 days.
